
Green Bean and Corn Casserole

2 cans green beans (drained)
2 cans corn (drained)
2 cans cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces sour cream
3 cups grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 large onion
2 sleeves Club crackers
1 cup butter, melted
1 dash seasoned salt
Mix all ingredients together except for the crackers and the butter. Place mixed ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan (or other deep casserole dish).
Combine melted butter with crushed crackers. Pour over the top of the other ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes.
Good with meat or poultry.
