
Creamy Chili Cheese Dip

16 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut in cubes
30 ounces canned chili
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (do not use the pre-shredded kind)
Lightly grease the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the cream cheese cubes to the crock pot and then pour the chili over the top. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for one hour.
Add the cheddar cheese and stir. Cover the crock pot again and let cook for 15 minutes then serve the dip hot from the crock pot with corn chips.
