Ingredients: 1 can (6.5 ounce size) white tuna in water, drained 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 tablespoon minced sweet pickle 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 English muffins, split and toasted 4 slices tomato (1/4 inch thick) 4 slices (1 ounce size) processed American cheese
Directions: Combine tuna, celery, pickle, and mayonnaise, stirring well.
Place muffin halves on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto each half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
