Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, halved 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 can (16 ounce size) sauerkraut, drained 4 slices Swiss cheese 1 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
Directions: Place chicken in greased pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese. Pour dressing over cheese. Cover with foil and bake 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
