Ingredients: 1 can (12 ounce size) coconut milk 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup cornstarch
Directions: Heat coconut milk 3 minutes. Mix until smooth. Heat 1-2 minutes, longer if necessary.
Mix water, sugar, and cornstarch; add heated milk. Cook 4-6 minutes, stirring one or two times during cooking.
Pour into 8 inch by 8 inch pan and refrigerate.
