Balsamic Vinegar Marinade for Chicken
CDKitchen https://www.cdkitchen.com
Serves/Makes: 2 | Ready In: 1-2 hrs
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 chicken breast, split, skinned, and boned
Combine the vinegar, oil, garlic powder, and black pepper in a zipper-top resealable bag. Add the chicken and remove as much air as possible from the bag and seal it. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 6 hours (do not go over 6 hours or the meat will start to break down and get mushy).
When ready to grill, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill chicken until fork-tender and no pink remains.
Cook's Notes: I like to cut the boneless chicken breast into strips, lengthwise and marinate for 1-2 hours, if possible.
