Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 10 cloves garlic, crushed and minced 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 pound cooked lobster meat cooked yellow rice
Directions: Heat a large skillet over low heat. Add the butter, olive oil, and crushed red pepper flakes and heat, stirring often, until the butter is melted.
Increase the heat to medium and add the garlic. Stir constantly until the garlic is soft and fragrant but not browned.
Whisk in the paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and white wine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and lobster. Cook until the lobster is heated through.
Serve hot over yellow rice.
