Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 (8 ounce size) spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
Directions: In large skillet brown beef with onions, bell pepper, garlic. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer covered 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Arrange spaghetti on platter; top with chili, then top with cheese.
