Three Cheese Artichoke Dip With Pita Dippers CDKitchen https://www.cdkitchen.com Serves/Makes: 8 | Ready In: 30-60 minutes
Ingredients: 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese 12 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped) 1 can (13 ounce size) marinated artichoke hearts (drain well), tear artichokes apart with your fingers 2 packages pita bread
Directions: Cut up pita bread into chip size triangles, separate and bake on a cookie sheet until crispy (approximately 5 minutes).
Combine all other ingredients and mash. Bake in a uncovered casserole dish for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until bubbly.
Serve hot out of the oven and scoop up dip with pita bread.
