
Oven BBQ Chicken Wings

2 tablespoons melted butter
3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce, heated
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut the wings at the joints to separate into two pieces. Add the melted butter to a large bowl along with the wings. Toss to coat the wings in the butter.
Combine the flour, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Add the wings and coat in the seasoned flour mixture.
Place the wings in a large, shallow baking dish. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes or until cooked through and crispy and brown. Turn the wings once during the cooking time.
Serve with barbecue sauce or other dipping sauce.
