Ingredients: ***Slaw*** 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 package (16 ounce size) shredded coleslaw mix ***Chicken*** 1 cup barbecue sauce 3 tablespoons cider vinegar 3 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken 12 slider buns
Directions: Combine the mayonnaise, green onion, pickle relish, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the shredded coleslaw mix and mix until well coated. Cover the bowl and chill the slaw for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 day. If refrigerating overnight, stir well before using.
Combine the barbecue sauce and cider vinegar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and mix well. Let heat through.
Place a spoonful of the pulled chicken and sauce on each of the bottom slider buns. Place a spoonful of the slaw on top of the chicken. Place the top buns over the slaw and serve the pulled chicken and slaw sliders immediately.
