Ingredients: 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled 1/2 cup mayonnaise, plus more if needed 1/2 teaspoon horseradish garlic salt and black pepper to taste
Directions: Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs or press through a mesh sieve. Place the chopped egg in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, horseradish, and garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Add additional mayonnaise as needed.
Serve with pita bread, sliced French bread, or crackers for dipping.
The egg salad dip can be made ahead of time and chilled for up to 24 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
