Mexicali Steak with Corn Salsa

ingredients
1 1/2 pound London broil
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons lime juice
Salsa
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 red onion, sliced
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen yellow corn niblets
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon cilantro
directions
Heat broiler. Pierce beef with fork. In bowl, combine next 3 ingredients.
Rub steak with lime juice, rub with garlic mixture.
Broil steak 15 min. or until done, place on serving platter.
For the corn salsa: In a bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Serve over steak.
