Add a little zip to your poultry. This spicy seasoning blend works great on a whole turkey or chicken, turkey breast, or chicken wings.

4 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
Combine the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
Rub the mixture over the inside and outside of a turkey (works on turkey breast too or chicken).
Let the rub sit on the turkey for 2 hours (in the refrigerator) before cooking.
