ingredients
Crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
Filling
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Topping
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Heat oven to 375F.
Crust: Combine crumbs, sugar, & margarine. Press onto bottom & sides of 9" spring-form pan.
Filling: Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, & vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture over crumbs. Bake at 375F, 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for 15 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 425F. Combine sour cream, sugar, & vanilla. Carefully spread over baked filling. Return to oven; bake at 425F, 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim from pan. Chill.
