ingredients
2 tablespoons corn oil
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
3 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup stick butter
directions
Heat oil in a saucepan on medium, pour unpopped popcorn kernels into saucepan (cover) and wait until all is popped.
After popcorn is popped, mix all other ingredients in a second saucepan on medium until syrupy. Drizzle mixture on top of popcorn.
Let sit for one minute, then stir for one minute. Let harden and enjoy! It's also good with crushed, mixed nuts.
