ingredients
2 medium baking potatoes
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie buttermilk dressing
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Slice potatoes in half lengthwise. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over potatoes.
Place potatoes in a 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
