Pre-mixed seafood rubs make grilling up fantastic fillets such a breeze. Serve your salmon with a side of grilled veggies, over top of a summery salad, or with some creamy risotto.


1 pound salmon fillets
1 tablespoon Grill Mates or other seafood rub
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the salmon evenly on all sides with the seafood rub. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 8 minutes per inch of thickness. Turn the salmon once during the cooking time.
This recipe also works great with another dense fish like swordfish or mahi mahi.
