1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup orange juice

Mix up applesauce and orange juice in a plastic container and put in freezer.
The next day, place in your child's lunch bag in the morning before school. This will help to keep the other foods cool, and will be of slush consistency by snack time. This will also provide a healthy snack!
