ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked ground ham
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or pistachio nuts
directions
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in ham, parsley, onion, mustard and pepper sauce.
Cover and chill several hours. Form mixture into ball.
Roll cheese ball in nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
