ingredients
1 head lettuce
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 can peas, well drained
4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or canned)
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
Mix sugar and mayonnaise together. Make layer of each ingredient in order listed. Top with sprinkles of crumbled bacon. Let set in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours. Do not let sit overnight.

I do 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup miracle whip. Try swiss cheese and only 4 or 5 eggs the rest is the same. It's good both ways but I find everyone likes the swiss better.
