Meaty pork chops are cooked in a skillet with a honey-mustard-orange sauce.

1 1/2 pound pork loin chops, about 3/4 inch thick
seasoned salt for sprinkling
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Sprinkle both sides of chops liberally with seasoned salt. In large skillet, heat oil and brown chops about 2 minutes per side.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour mixture over chops. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes, or until done.

I liked the flavor so did my husband. It was easy to make. The loin chop that was 1 inch thick on the big side, was a little dry without pan juices to dip in. The clean up was simple.
