Easy Lingonberry Pie

ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 3/4 ounce margarine or butter
1 tablespoon water
Filling
3 1/2 ounces finely sliced almond paste
1 cup lingonberries, fresh or frozen
2 1/2 tablespoons molasses
vanilla ice cream (optional)
directions
Mix oats, flour and sugar and finely divide the butter in there. Add water and quickly work the dough together. Leave to rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Dress a pie pan with the dough. Cover the bottom with almond paste, sprinkle with lingonberries, and drizzle with molasses.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Serve the pie lukewarm with vanilla ice cream!
