2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 medium vidalia onion, diced
1 large tomato, diced
2 tablespoons diced jalapenos, optional
2 teaspoons Italian salad dressing
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with Frito Scoops or tortilla chips.
