Rattler`s Pumpkin Bisque Recipe

This dish is terrible; the pumpkin flavor is totally lost and it is more of a southwestern caso flavor. I do not recommend at all.

This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. The taste was perfectly smokey and flavorful. I would only suggest cutting back on the 1/4 cup of cayenne pepper. I love spicy foods but that was successive. I believe that should have been 1/4 tablespoon/teaspoon.
