ingredients
1 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut
1 tablespoon orange peel, grated
powdered sugar
directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix margarine, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and the vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set but not brown, 8 to 9 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar again.
