ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
16 ounces pumpkin
1 cup applesauce
1 cup chocolate chips
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Using solid shortening, grease and flour 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In medium bowl, combine flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. In large bowl, beat eggs; add sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin, flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I'm interested in making this dish, but the directions have neglected to include both the pumpkin and the applesauce. Now, I would assume that both of those get mixed in at the same time as the eggs and sugar, but I would prefer to know for sure.
