California Pizza Kitchen`s Thai Chicken Pizza Recipe

Found this to be a perfect recipe!!!! It was outstanding.

Just wondering as to the quantity of olive oil required in the dough as it is not listed in the ingredients.

This recipe was excellent.

HOWEVER -- no mention of when to introduce the sesame seeds or green onion. We introduced the green onion when we put the pizza in to bake, and we introduced the sesame seeds with the carrots and cilantro.

BY THE WAY -- the liquied peanut butter mixture makes an excellent salad dressing. Try it with some greens, red pepper, carrots, onion. YUMMY.
