White Chocolate Pudding

ingredients
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 ounces white chocolate chips
directions
Scald 1 1/2 cups milk for 3-4 minutes in microwave or in a saucepan on medium low. Add sugar and white chocolate to dissolve.
In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and remaining milk. Combine both milk mixtures and cook in a double boiler at medium heat for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Pour into a shallow dish to cool. Stir occasionally to release steam. Refrigerate.
