Smoothie with Frozen Strawberries

1 cup liquid (water, milk, soymilk, juice)
1 banana
frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit)

When I want to make a smoothie, I pour a cup or two of liquid (water, milk, soymilk, juice) in the blender, add a banana, process until it's smooth, then add frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit) one at a time until it's all slushy. It's my favorite way to use any kind of frozen fruit.
