2-5 hrs
ingredients
1 packet Tikka Seekh Kebab spice mix
4 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pound lamb or goat meat, minced
1 large onion
2 potatoes, cut into 4 piece for barbecue
1 bunch finely sliced cilantro
directions
Mix all the ingredients together (not the potato and onion) with the minced meat and marinate for at least 4 hours (more the better).
Light the barbecue with charcoal. Make sure the coal is red hot. Cut onion into 1 inch squares. Insert into the barbecue rods. Do the same for the potato.
For the ground meat, roll it into cylindrical shape and insert the barbecue rods through it. Grill it over the oven till it turns golden brown. Remove from the rod and serve with grilled onion and potato.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
