Cranberry and Quince Conserve Recipe

Delicious recipe. I love quince. My quantity came out very different, though. As listed, the ingredients only made 6-1/2 cups, not 3 quarts (12 cups) as listed. I canned a bunch and can't wait to try it after it's set up a little. I think I might add a little ginger to it too.
