ESPN Zone's Glaze for Pork Chops

ingredients
6 ounces Jack Daniel's whiskey
2 quarts pure maple syrup
1 ounce Kitchen Bouquet sauce
1 quart olive oil
5 pounds pork chops
directions
Place whiskey in 4-quart heavy-gauge saucepan. Averting face and hair, ignite alcohol with long match. Allow to burn until flame dies.
Once flames have subsided, add maple syrup and Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes. Remove pot from heat; slowly whisk in oil. Allow glaze to cool to room temperature. In separate bowl, add pork chops and marinate with glaze. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours before cooking.
