Baked Broccoli and Cheese Recipe

Something is wrong with this recipe's measurements. One (1) cup of broccoli is way too small of an amount. If made as listed in a 13x9 casserole, it doesn't nearly fill the dish.

I made it a second time and used 4 cups of broccoli and but it in a 9 inch square casserole and it was much better.
