ingredients

3 tablespoons cornmeal
3 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed

directions

In a bowl combine all ingredients; blend well. Package as a gift.

NOTE: Each batch is enough for serving with 1 pound ground beef and 1 (15 ounce size) can beans.
