Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, white creme de cacao, and creme de menthe. Shake well then strain into a chilled martini glass or shot glass.
If desired, garnish with a couple of gummi worms.

Watch out drinking this drink, it packs a punch! The creme de cacao is the predominant flavor making for a nice smooth chocolatey flavor!
