The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Baked ziti is a family-favorite Italian-style recipe. It can be made ahead of time and reheated, making it a great option for busy weeknights.

1 box (16 ounce size) ziti pasta
1 jar (24 ounce size) spaghetti sauce
12 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the pasta as directed on the package until al dente. Drain well and return to the pan.
Add the spaghetti sauce and ricotta cheese. Mix well. Spoon the ziti mixture into a large baking dish. Evenly cover the pasta with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pasta is bubbly in the center.
Serve hot.

Very easy and very good! I love a recipe with few ingredients. I did add more seasoning to the pasta mixture before topping with cheese. I thought it might end up a little bland. So, I threw in some garlic powder, salt, pepper and basil. It came out really yummy!
