ingredients
3 tablespoons dried oregano
6 sweet Italian sausages
1/4 cup white wine
directions
Place oregano on a piece of waxed paper and roll each sausage in oregano, covering all sides. Lay sausages on an oven sheet and put under preheated broiler.
Turn sausages as they brown; after 5 minutes, baste with 1-2 tablespoons wine. Continue to broil and baste until sausages are done, about 5 minutes.
