ingredients
3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
directions
Combine the flour and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the oil and eggs and blend.
Pour mixture into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir by hand until smooth.
Pour by large spoonfuls onto a hot, greased griddle and cook until bottom is light brown. Turn over cook until other bottom is brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

make sure that you mix together and then sift the last four ingredients into the batter. Baking powder and baking soda can be lumpy and don't always incorporate on their own.
