This recipe was amazing. I'm an avid honey mustard/chicken tender fan, so imagine my disappointment when I opened my refrigerator and lo and behold, there was none. This recipe came to my rescue. I'll admit, I was very dubious about the lemon juice. But I was wrong! The only thing I would maybe change next time would be a little less mustard, as it had a very smooth first taste, but a strong mustardy aftertaste. Though it was not unbearable and certainly not entirely unpleasant. I had to create a profile just to review this recipe. Great job.
