Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

Coffee, cream, and chocolate make a sweet caffeinated treat. Throw it in a blender if you want a thicker texture.

1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
whipped cream
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream in a small pitcher. Stir well or cover and shake. Pour over ice in 16 ounce glasses; top with whipped cream.

I use part half and half and part whipping cream to give this more density. I also use a drink mixer (like you use for malts) to whip it a bit more and it gets a little frothy. It settles once you pour it into the glass so it's not like overly frothy. I think the flavor is really good. Use strong coffee though.

Not bad flavor but a little weak, not as creamy as the cinnabon's mochalatta.
