ingredients
1 ripe mango peeled, pitted and diced
1 medium ripe papaya peeled and diced
1 kiwi fruit peeled and diced
1 banana peeled and diced
1 cup lowfat plain or vanilla yogurt
directions
Combine fruits in blender. Add yogurt and blend till thick. May add powdered cloves before serving for a more exotic flavor. Can make smoothie thinner by using one half cup lowfat milk and a half cup yogurt.
Can use other fruits in various proportions, just adjust quantity of liquid. Can also smoothen mix with addition of crushed ice.
