ingredients
2 eggs, beaten well
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch size)
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Have unbaked pie shell ready.
In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar and flour together. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add melted butter, milk and vanilla. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake until pie is firm in the middle, 40 minutes. Serve warm.
