Hi, could someone tell me where to get the measuring cups and spoons to measure out the ingredients given for a 1 lb. serving size? My cups come in ounces or from 1/4 c. to 1c. and in tsp. and TB. Thanks for any help.

CDKitchen Note: Not all recipes scale up or down easily (and this is definitely one of them). You will just have to adjust the amounts to the closest measurement possible.

Thanks to Grai51 and Kharsen Morant for their modifications to the ingredient ratios. I've had this recipe for several months and hesitated to use it since the instructions were incomplete. Kudos for your efforts!

The waffles from this recipe turned out absolutely great. Key: Try using half the quantity suggested for each ingredient. After combining the ingredients, use approximately 2 cups of the mixture along with the second set of ingredients. Add 1/2 cup milk so that the batter isn't too thick and this should produce a better result. Good cooking!!

The wet ingredient ratio is not right for this mix. How much dry mix do you add to the wet amounts listed here?
thanks

You may want to try this recipe using the mix: 2 cups buttermilk, 2 extr-large eggs, 2 cups Harvest Grain mix, 2 tsp. vanilla, 6 tbs. butter, 1 t. water. Put buttermilk in bowl, whisk in eggs, whisk in waffle mix. Add vanilla. Melt butter with water and whisk into batter. Makes 8-10 pancakes.

The recipe doesn't say how much dry mix to wet ratio. Can anyone help? I haven't gotten it right yet. Too heavy.
