Macaroni Grill Bellini Recipe

If memory serves, the actual recipe for the Mac Bellini is made as follows: (I worked 5 years as a bartender there, but it's been a while)

4 1/2 gallon cans of peach nectar
1 gallon jug of house white wine
1 750ml bottle of white rum
1 750ml bottle of peach schnapps
3 750ml bottles of champagne

Combine in a granita machine, and swirl with Razzmatazz liquer (Generic Chambord - black raspberry)

Adjust home version accordingly, but unless you have a granita machine, you will have to mix with ice in a blender for the right consistency. So, the flavor will not be quite right. Darned good drink, though.
