ingredients
1 pound chip chopped ham
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
8 tablespoons ketchup
q ds paprika
rye or onion buns
directions
In a saucepan, heat chopped ham in butter.
In another saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, dry mustard, ketchup and paprika. Mix well. Heat.
Pour over ham, mixing thoroughly. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve on rye or onion buns.
