ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water or milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
directions
In saucepan, combine butter and liquid and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and quickly stir in flour. Cool slightly. Add salt and beat in eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot (not boiling ) soup or broth and cook until puffed and tender.
