1 box (12 ounce size) elbow macaroni
3/4 jar (15 ounce size) Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoons celery seeds
1 jar (12 ounce size) sweet pickles, coarsely chopped
3 grated carrots
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 package (12 ounce size) coarsely shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Prepare the pasta as directed on the package. Rinse in cold water to quickly chill and drain well.
Combine the salad dressing, mustard, and celery seeds. Mix well to combine.
Combine the cooked pasta, pickles, carrots, eggs, and cheese in a large bowl. Toss gently. Add the salad dressing mixture and toss to completely coat the ingredients in the dressing.
Fold in the chicken. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 4 hours before serving. Stir gently before serving and add extra salad dressing if the mixture seems dry.
nutrition data
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
