Chili Spaghetti

ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 (8 ounce size) spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained
shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
directions
In large skillet brown beef with onions, bell pepper, garlic. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer covered 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Arrange spaghetti on platter; top with chili, then top with cheese.
