ingredients
2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well and place in the baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve warm.
